Day 1: Arrival Chiang mai (Please advised your flight detail)

Upon on arrival at international airport, and after clearing immigration and customs, meet up with your English speaking guide holding a sign marked “Customer Name” and transfer to the hotel for check-in and rest.
Chiang Mai (New City) was founded in 1296 by King Mengrai as the capital of the first independent Thai state, Lanna Thai (Kingdom of One Million Rice Fields). It became the cultural and religious center of the northern Tai, those who had migrated from southern China to dwell in Thailand, and remained so throughout the turbulent period of recurring Burmese attacks. The Burmese finally captured Chiang Mai in 1556 and occupied it until King Taksin retook the city in 1775, driving the Burmese forces back to near the present border. Burmese influence on religion, architecture, language, cuisine, and culture, however, remains strong. Day 2: Chiang mai Tour – Elephant ride (Private Tour)

After breakfast, head out on an excursion to visit an elephant working site located at Mea
Taman, Chiang Dao District, approximately 70km from Chiang Mai. Upon arrival, visit the elephant working camp and see the talent show from Elephants. Next, enjoy an exciting trek on an elephant back around camp through the jungle and along the river. Also have a chance to walk around the Lisu village in the jungle and see some product that made in their village. Lunch is on site at the camp.Afterwards, board bamboo rafts along a very picturesque stretch of the Mea Ping River to see the beautiful scenery down the river. The rafting lasts about an hour but depends on the depth of the water and the speed of the current. Drive through different parts of the city, passing old city walls, gates and city moat, markets, residential areas, foreign consulates, government buildings and Tapae, Chiang Mai’s main street.

Day 3: Doi Suthep and San kampheng (Private Tour)

Early rise for participate with one of the oldest and most common rituals of Buddhism, food offering. Food, flower, incense sticks and drink are given to monks during alms rounds. It is regular practice in the morning which is meritorious act that also reminds everyone not to be greedy or selfish but should be generous and given.
Drive up Doi (Mount) Suthep to visit Wat Phrathad Doi Suthep (A . D .1384) 3500 feet above sea – level, the most sacred temple in Northern Thailand, containing a holy relic of Lord Buddha, with a challenging flight of over 300 steps, flanked by enormous mythological Nagas. A panoramic view of the city can be seen from
here. Then visit Wat Jed Yod (A.D.1455) with its seven – spire stupas. Visit Sankampaeng District is the handicraft center which is the largest and most popular local handicraft factories. San Kampaeng Road. Both sides of the road are  lined with factories and showrooms and observe the handicraft on Lacquer ware, Silverware, Hand-woven Silk and Cotton, Teak wood carving, Silver factory, Leather, delicate ceramics and celadon pottery kilns and world famous for cotton umbrellas and paper parasols hand painted in varieties of designs. A special visit is made to
Bor-Sang, a traditional umbrella-making village, where you can see the local people making umbrella or paper parasols in a variety of pretty floral and animal designs.
